Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in patient care.
Accurate prescription filling and dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
Professional and empathetic patient communication via phone and digital channels.
Insurance verification, prior authorization processing, and claim submissions.
Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
Maintaining accurate patient records and prescription history.
Inventory management, including ordering and stocking medications.
Qualifications
We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or ability to obtain certification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- 1+ years of experience in a retail or mail-order pharmacy setting.
- Experience with pharmacy management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
